For your 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with the Stow 'n Go Seating I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75579 because of its hidden crosstube appearance and easier install process compared to the other options available. This will line right up to existing holes in the Caravan's frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no drilling) installation to provide you with a 2 inch hitch receiver with a 4,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 400 pound tongue weight limit.
I have attached a couple images of this hitch installed on the 2008 Grand Caravan so you can see exactly what it will look like when mounted to your van. I have also included an install video that you can use for reference.
