How To Disable the Auto Level Suspension While Towing With a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali

Question:

Sway problem 2011 Yukon XL Denali with Blue Ox Sway Pro 32ft Mallard at 6700 dry weight I’m down to the next to theast hole in my shank ank link 10 on adjustment on the chain and it’s still wiggly. I’m gonna go one more link tighter but I thought it might be something else. The trailer nose is still a little high but its close. I read on etrailer that the auto leveling on the Denali should be off or on lowest pressure or it would work against the weight distribution. I dont think I can turn it off or I have no shocks in the back. Its not air bags its air shock autoleveling standard on the Denalu. I can’t find how to turn it off or adjust pressure. Help!

The easiest way to disable the Continuous Damping Control Suspension (CDC) on your 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali is to pull the " Electronic Stability Suspension Control, Automatic Level Control Exhaust" fuse which is located in the #2 position on the under hood fuse box. If you don't want to open the hood and do this each time you tow, you can install the Blue Ox Fuse ByPass Switch part # BX88272.
