What Happens if You Swap the Brake Output and 12 Volt Accessory Circuit on Trailer Wiring
Question:
The question is if I could change the the black and blue over switch them on the truck at the plug-in is that not going to cause a problem with supplying electricity to the brakes at all times

If you try to swap the brake output (blue) and 12 volt accessory wire (black) on your trailer wiring your trailer brakes will lock up as soon as the wiring is connected so this would not be ideal!
If for some reason you swapped the circuit on both the vehicle and the trailer wiring then it would work like normal.
