Front and Rear Suspension Kits for 2008 Nissan Titan 4 x 4 with WD Hitch and Iron Bull Front Bumper
Question:
I am towing a 30’ 7k pounder trailer with an equal-izer hitch system Is it okay to use the two systems mentioned above, in subject together in the rear, or just go with the leaf helpers. Also I’d like to beef up the front suspension for use with my front hitch system within an iron bull bumper, for positioning the trailer in my back yard area. Could the front air springs system aid and protect in this situation as well... The wt at the hitch is about 650 + the winch and bumper around 300 lbs or is this a bad idea? Thank you for your input and suggestions.

You have an interesting combination of circumstances with your 2008 Nissan Titan 4x4 that is both towing a 7000-lb trailer with a weight distribution hitch (WDH) and also using a fairly heavy Iron Bull front bumper with winch/hitch to maneuver the trailer.
In general, you can say that a WDH and a front-axle suspension helper system will tend to work against each other. The WDH will try to push some of the trailer's tongue weight (TW) forward onto the front axle while the front axle suspension helper spring will try to resist that.
What makes the most sense is to use air springs in the rear, the Firestone kit # F2355 that you referenced is perfect, and jounce spring kit # TFXF1004A in the front which will only engage the axle when it is under the load of the trailer's tongue weight. When towing with the WDH the jounce springs will not interfere with the system as it levels the truck. The air springs will give you more capacity than the leaf spring kit # RAS4611 plus that benefit of instant adjustability.
The air springs' pressure will be far easier to optimize for towing if you use a compressor # F2158 that will allow you to adjust pressure from the driver's seat as you go down the road. You'll want to adjust the WDH or best leveling before you air up the rear axle air bags.
