Drilling is not required to install Firestone Ride-Ride spring, # F2355, on your 2005 Nissan Titan. Really the most difficult part is routing and cutting the lines. You have to make sure the lines will not be pinched or burned by hot components like the exhaust. To cut the lines properly. I recommend using a tubing cutter, # F9009, because you want the cleanest and straightest cut you can get. Otherwise, installation is straight forward. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
