Trailer Hitch for a 2009 Subaru Outback with 2 Mufflers
Question:
So, what is the best way to down the 2 mufflers on a 2009 Subaru Outback? Also, what is the distance between holes on the sides front to back?

Most mufflers are hung on small black rubber hangers. You will simply need to pop these off, and lower the mufflers. It will help if you use some spray lubricant prior to removal of the hangers. The Draw-Tite Hitch Class III Trailer Hitch part # 75560, is custom fit to some model years of the Subaru Legacy and Outback, and will attach to four pre-drilled holes with existing weld nuts on the vehicle frame. If you have the Outback Sport model then there is not a hitch available at this time.
