For your 2015 Chevy Spark I recommend the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit # 523174-1 along with the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522 for an extremely sturdy and easy to operate setup.

The Roadmaster Base Plate Kit # 523174-1 is custom designed for your Spark and its easily removable drawbars allow for a really clean look on the vehicle when you aren't towing. I have attached an image that shows the front of the Spark with the drawbars in place and then removed. You don't have to worry about them blocking any air flow because of where they are positioned and the steel crossbar design is going to spread towing weight/force evenly to minimize the weight that's actually put on the vehicle's suspension.

The Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522, which is directly compatible with the above base plates, is an excellent unit with a non-binding design so you can easily release your Spark at any time, even when you aren't on perfectly level ground. Its extra-long telescoping arms provide a better towing experience with easier maneuverability and the self-aligning design allows you to simply hook up the tow bar and drive forward (the arms will automatically extend and lock into place when driving). This is really important especially when traveling alone.

I have attached a short video review on this tow bar that you can also check out.

In order to flat tow your Chevy Spark you will also need a lighting solution, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system. If you still need one or all of these items please let me know and I will be happy to make some recommendations.

Then for a trailer hitch on your Chevy Spark the Curt Class I # C11334 will work perfectly as long as your vehicle isn't equipped with Ground Effects. This custom 1-1/4 inch hitch allows for a no-drill installation because it uses existing holes in the Spark's frame for mounting and it features a 200 pound tongue weight capacity along with a 2,000 pound towing weight limit. For both capacities you will also want to check your Spark's owner's manual as you will need to follow whichever limit is lower, your vehicle's or the hitch's.

Please also note that Curt does require the use of a stabilizing strap # 18050 when using the hitch for any non-trailer loads such as the bike rack you plan on using.

I have attached an installation video on this hitch that you can also take a look at.
