Fifth Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Recommendation for a 2003 Ford F-250 Flatbed
Question:
i have an 03 f-250. I put on a flatbed and was looking for something to plug in to my factory harness so i dont have to cut up my factory wiring to hook up the lights already on the flat bed. I know i have to buy the pigtails for the lights on the bed and was hoping that this woudl make it so i dont have to cut. thanks.

This Fifth Wheel / Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Wiring Harness # 40167 would plug into the factory harness of your 2003 Ford F-250. You would not have to splice into the wiring of your factory harness with this product. There is no reason you could not use the wires from this harness to power some clearance lights on your flat bed. I would recommend using LED lights since the have the lowest amperage draw.
