For your 2011 Open Range Journeyer 340FLR, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks - 30" Lift - 6,500 lbs - Qty 2 # UF48-979031 or the 24 inch lift # UF48-979002. These manual jacks will provide excellent support and you can even use the drill attachment # UF48-979005 to make it easier to extend and retract. I've attached a photo to help with mounting hole spacing.
If you are looking for powered jacks, then I recommend the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC298707. These jacks are used as standard equipment on many campers and work very well. They give you the ability to simply use a button and your trailer battery to extend and retract your jacks. One is needed for the front and one for the rear. You can of course add them in stages if desired.
