Your 2016 Jeep Latitude will have a curb weight between 3,655 lbs and 4,046 lbs according to my research. I recommend getting two of the Titan 30" Long Safety Chain with 1/4" S-Hook with Latch - 5,000 lbs # TCTSCG30-730-04X1. Then you will use grade 5 hardware to attach the link to your tow dolly.
If you don't yet have a tow dolly, I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1 if you have a brake controller on your tow vehicle. This dolly comes with the safety chains needed, but you will need to add the wiring connector # PK12706 for a 7-way trailer connector.
If you don't have a brake controller or if you simply want hydraulic with disc brakes for better braking, I recommend the foldable tongue Demco Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045. This will use a hydraulic surge brake coupler and will only use a 4 way trailer connection. These options also come with the safety cables needed.
