On your Dutchmen Voltage Toy Hauler there really isn't a reinforcement option to work. You really need to get to the bottom of the water seeping to fix your issue. It is common for the weather seals to be folded in at the corners and this lack of seal causing water to seep in that location and down the sides. If it is only an issue when the slide is out, then a slide-topper is the route to go. It appears this is common on your Voltage slide as many have commented and double-checking the seal is the fix if it leaks when pulled in and a slide topper is the solution if it leaks when extended.

If you have the folded corners I recommend the silicone gasket maker # LT37467 to hold it in place and keep water from seeping. If you need a slide topper, I have linked the page to all your options and you will want to measure from flange to flange for the appropriate fit. Each page will give you the dimension range that works with the hardware for a confirmed fit.
