Recommended Furrion Camera Fix for a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
I have the Furrion adapter FR87PR for using with my 2024 GMC 3500HD which works great for my travel trailer. But, when I removed my tailgate for my truck camper the adapter does not work. Any suggestions so that I can still use my Furrion backup camera?

That's weird, the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter for Furrion RV Observation Camera # FR87PR should allow you to use your camper at the same time as that's what it's designed for.
If you want to just avoid the adapter all together, I would just use the 12V PWM Filter for RV Backup Camera Systems - Hardwire # VGR64VR instead.
This'll get hard wired into your trucks wiring and will do the same thing the plug in adapter is doing.
