You would want to use 2, 1/2 inch diameter bolts that are 4 inches in length. I pulled a Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler # F343000301 and checked the installation instructions to confirm the bolt recommendations.

Yes, the mounting holes of the Demco Channel Tongue Actuator part #DM72VR and the #DM15945 are the exact same.
