Will kit number C56225 do what I need it to do? Im looking to buy a harness that has everything built into it so I dont have to run wires all over the place do you make such a kit? Thank you!

Since your 2008 Nissan Xterra does not have the factory tow package, you will need to use the Curt T-Connector wiring # C56225 that you have referenced. This kit comes with everything you will need to make the 4-Way functional including the wiring harnesses and the relays that activate it.
