The majority of square trailer roof vents are the nominal 14 x 14-inch size and the slight variances one might find can be due to exactly where you measure and minor differences in the features on the trailer roof. But if you just need a square replacement lid like # BV0554-01 the dimensions you provided are fine to pick out a replacement.
All you need to do is confirm the type of hinge your vent uses. There are four basic types shown in the linked photo. Once you determine which you have simply click on that hinge type on the page I linked for you and you will see all lid colors for that hinge type. The part # BV0554-01 you referenced fits vents with a continuous metal hinge, like the one shown at the bottom of the photo.
If you prefer a flat metal lid that will be more durable you could use # BV0534-00 which also features a continuous metal hinge.
