I spoke with my contact at CURT about Trailer Hitch # C14355. From side to side, the holes that would be furthest forward on the truck are 34 inches apart on center. The 2 sets that are at the end of the hitch are 33-11/16 inches apart on center.
Front to back, the two closest holes are just a hair under 2-1/2 inches apart on center. From the middle hole to the furthest away hole on center it is just a hair over 11-1/8 inches.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for this hitch for you to view.
