How Does Brake Controller Install in 2019 Buick Enclave
Question:
Can you please clarify exactly where to find the controller wires on my 2019 Enclave with factory tow package to install my Tekonsha controller? Your other answers say under the left instrument panel, behind your front door sill garnish moulding trim. This is confusing. Are the wires under the dash or are they near the door sill? The door sill is under the bottom of the door, so are the wires over there? Can you please post a picture? And do any panels have to be removed? Thanks

I checked with Tekonsha and they state that your 2019 Buick Enclave with the factory tow package (factory 7-way) can have a brake controller installed but there isn't factory wiring so you'll need to hardwire it to the vehicle.
For that you would want to start with the Wiring Kit for 2 and 4 Brake Electric Brake Controllers # 5506. This will provide the power source and ground for the wiring for the brake controller. You will need to test the wires from the brake pedal switch of your vehicle to find a circuit that has voltage when the brakes are applied and none when not applied. This will be the circuit you will run the red wire to.
Finally you will need to run a length of 10 gauge wire (part # 10-1-1) from the brake output circuit of the controller to the brake output circuit of the 7-way (blue wire). The # 10-1-1 is sold by the foot so you will need to order a quantity of the amount of feet you will need.
I attached an FAQ on installing brake controllers for you to check out.

I to not believe your information is accurate. On my 2018 Buick Enclave with towing package, there were wires stubbed behind the driver kick panel (panel left of the brake pedal) to connect your controller to. I would assume that would be the same for a 2019 and would make sense with purchasing a towing package with a 7 pin electrical connector.
