Any local mechanic to you with a solid reputation would have no problem installing the EcoHitch part # 306-X7601 that you referenced. Hitch installs are relatively easy for them as they deal with much harder jobs on a daily basis. I'd just find a local shop that you know has a great reputation and let them install it.
