Will Adding an Air Bag Kit and 1-1/2" Leveling Kit to a 2018 Ford F-150 be Beneficial for Towing
Question:
I have a 2018 Ford F150 XLT Sport with the max towing package. I would like to add the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs Item #AL59570 along with a 1.5 inch leveling kit. I tow a 7000 LB travel trailer about 10 times during the summer months. I would like to know what you think about doing this set up to the truck.

Since the 1-1/2" leveling kit will be on the front of your 2018 Ford F-150 it won't affect how the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59570 fit (see attached photo and installation video on a 2017 F-150). By adding this air bag kit it will help keep your pickup level while towing.
The Air Lift Load Controller II # AL25592 will also help to improve your air bag kit because it is a single path compressor system that includes an in-cab gauge which lets you monitor and adjust your air bags from the comfort of your cab. A compressor kit also prevents you from having to locate an air compressor just to fill your air bags.
If you don't already have a weight distribution (WD) system for your towing setup then that is something we recommend going with if the trailer weighs more than half of the weight of the tow vehicle. A WD system not only helps out with level towing (more so than an air bag kit), but most of them now have integrated sway control to help improve your towing experience and safety. Let me know if you are interested in a WD system and I can recommend one for your towing application.
