The only trailer hitch we offer for a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 that does not have a set of mounting holes that need to be attached to a factory rear bumper is the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41930. However, it does attach to the factory bumper bracket so that will need to be in place in order for this or any custom fit trailer hitch to work for you. The forward most (towards rear) mounting hole is in the bumper bracket which is why it needs to have this to be installed.
If you do not have the factory rear bumper brackets then the only option you have is a universal trailer hitch like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13701.
