I am trying to find out if this hitch will work on a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited and not interfere with the Hands Free lift gate function.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13383 you asked from is a fit for your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. I reached out to my tech contact at Curt and he said there will not be any interference with the hands free lift gate function and they did test to confirm that.
