There is a trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Buick Regal TourX but the only options are Class II hitches with a 1-1/4 inch receiver.

The hitch I recommend for your '19 Regal TourX is the Curt # C12173 because it does not require fascia trimming to install and like all Curt trailer hitches is made in the U.S.A.
