Troubleshooting Brake Controller Install Where There's Voltage Between White and Blue Wire

Question:

what relay in this kit sends power to the blue brake wire.all functions work but voltage is present between wht and blue wires untill i turn keyswitch off once controller is activated/unplugging primus controller doesnt kill voltage.after cycling keyswitch no voltage is present untill i actuate controller again.dont have paperwork that originally came with it.doubt that would have schematic anyway.

Actually none of the relays that come with the # 118266 are for the the brake output circuit. That relay would be present under the hood of the vehicle. You shouldn't have voltage between white and blue wires as the white is ground and blue is output. You have a short somewhere between those circuits that you need to find and fix. Look for exposed wiring and fix as needed.
