Installation of 4-Way Connector on 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
Where is harness/pigtail that goes to trailer hitch

Expert Reply:
To get a 4-Way connector at the rear of your 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need to install the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118349. This wiring harness will connect inline to the plugs located behind the Jeeps tail lights. A separate power wire needs to be run to the positive post of the vehicles battery using the included in-line fuse holder. Also, the separate white (ground) wire will need to be attached to a good, clean ground.
I am including links to instructions and a video that will show the Tow Ready # 118349 wiring harness being installed on a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
