How Much Grease Do I Put in the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors

On the initial install. Do you fill until grease comes from the edges ?

In regards to installing the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors part # BB1781, you will need to fill them with grease until the grease starts to seep out of the seal around the piston (see photo). You should see the piston extend out past the Bearing Buddy label when it's properly filled. It has an automatic pressure-relief feature so you don't need to worry about blowing out the grease seals.
