The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 is the best trailer hitch receiver in my opinion for your 2018 Toyota Sienna. It has the 2 inch receiver to give you the most options and is the easiest to install. It also has the 675 lbs tongue weight rating which is the strongest of all our options for your vehicle. There is some trimming of an underbody panel required, but there is no fascia/bumper trimming required.
If you will be towing with this trailer hitch then I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 as well. It will install behind your tail light assemblies to the factory wiring. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse. I've attached a video and an article to assist.
For a ball mount, you may be interested in the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B which will give you the two hitch ball sizes that will work with trailers of your vehicle's towing capacity. It also has a nice stowable option to protect your shins when not in use and has a clean look. You may also be interested in a hitch lock like # e98880 to protect your ball mount or other accessories you've invested in.
