The spacing between the two bolts of the Reese replacement weight distribution head, part # RP58167, are about 3-3/4 inches apart, center on center.

According to Reese, the Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System #RP58167 is interchangeable with the 62167. You can use this to replace the head on your weight distribution system.
