Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Weight Distribution System for 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited

I have a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. I will be towing a single axle travel trailer under 4k lbs. I will be also using a anti sway bar. Can I use a weight distribution hitch 800 lb on this vehicle? Unibody construction

The frame will allow you to use a weight distribution system. If you don't have a trailer hitch yet, then I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13153 for your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate which has a max towing capacity of 5,000 lbs.

This hitch will allow you to use a weight distribution system like the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800. This will work for total tongue weights ranging from 400-800 lbs. That total tongue weight is the loaded trailer tongue weight as well as any cargo behind the rear axle of your Santa Fe. As long as you are between 400 and 800 lbs, this system will work very well at controlling trailer sway as well as distributing the weight to reduce sag.

You will want # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2 inch hitch ball or # 63840 for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball.
