Sounds like the circuit board of your MaxxFan has gone bad and is in need of being replaced with a new one like the part #MA10A21275K which is the correct replacement for your roof vent.

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat item #MA00-06200K uses up to 5-Amps to operate when running and up to 9-Amps for startup. So probably between 90 - 100 hours if it was the only thing running and you left it on.
