My maxxfan come on and stays on. Occasionally itll go off with remote, but normally it will not. Can turn it off with the controls on the fan either. Not sure of my model but is a powered lift vent

Sounds like the circuit board of your MaxxFan has gone bad and is in need of being replaced with a new one like the part # MA10A21275K which is the correct replacement for your roof vent.
