Is it Safe to Change the Wheel and Tire Size on a Trailer or Vehicle

I have changed 15 inch rim and tyre to 16 inch alloy and tyre is 215/65/16.is it good or not for the vehicle

On a trailer it is permissible to change tire sizes provided there is enough clearance all around the old size to use the larger size. On passenger vehicles including motorhomes changing tire sizes will affect the accuracy of the speedometer so it would have to be recalibrated in addition to making sure there is enough clearance.
