How to Determine if Wheels Can Withstand 110 psi Rating for New Tires

Question:

Hello I have a Voltage RV trailer from Keystone Dutchman, the trailer is a 2014 and has Jante 16x6J rims, I am trying to find out what air pressure these rims are good for, They have Westlake tires now with 80 psi and I would like to go to a tire that uses 110 psi, can you please help me with this info as no one else seems to be able to, I have included a picture of the rims. I have contacted Keystone/Dutchman and Jante and they dont seem to know. Thank you in advance

Unless otherwise stated on the wheel itself, wheels themselves will be able to withstand the psi rating of any tire that is confirmed to fit it. The piece that you will want to look at is the valve stem.

If you have a rubber valve stem then the highest rated one that is available (anywhere) would be up to 100 psi like part # AM20907. If you want to use a tire that has a psi rating over 100 then you will need to make sure that you have metal valve stems like part # AM20906.

Valve stems are fairly easy to install, you will just need to make sure that the metal washer on part # AM20906 is flush against your wheel to ensure a proper seal.
