I have a lippert power tongue jack 2 switches light switch is 2 red wires jack switch is2 blacks 1 red jack goes up but not down /light works fine

For a Lippert Power Tongue Jack the correct replacement switch is the Replacement Extend / Retract Switch Assembly for Lippert Components Power Tongue Jack # LC226023. It's not super uncommon for these to go out over time so most likely this will get your jack working again. Especially since it will raise but not lower and raising would draw more amperage than lowering.
