The most likely cause for your Sienna to blow the fuse on your +12V auxiliary trailer power feed is a short somewhere in that circuit. The short could be caused by a wire that rubs on the frame and that has damage to its insulation or even by corrosion inside the 7-way trailer socket. If the wiring is new then it is more likely to be a short from a pinched wire but if the wiring has been in place on the Sienna for some years then it may be a corrosion issue.

Trailer connectors, including both vehicle sockets and trailer plugs, can develop internal corrosion that is hard to see. This can develop slowly over time from water migrating into the connector. The corrosion can cause two adjacent circuits to become bridged together and that will blow a fuse or trip a circuit breaker every time.

You can inspect the condition of the vehicle 7-way socket. Many like Pollak # PK11893 and # A10-7072VP are easily replaceable since they plug in using a round U.S. Car type connector. Follow the wiring from the battery as far as you can trace it looking for any signs of pinched wire, worn insulation or corrosion.
