Expert Reply:

Those axles do not have the same weight rating but are otherwise the same.

The Dexter Trailer Idler Axle # 20545I-EZ-72-10 is rated for 2,200 lbs while the Dexter Trailer Axle # 20545I-EZ-72-15 is rated for 2,000 lbs.

Apart from that, each axle measures 72" hub face to hub face and 58" spring center to spring center. They use straight, EZ-Lube spindles and have idler hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
