The standard RV shower drain for use with the Lippert Components Shower Pan # LC210377 that you referenced is the # A01-2012VP which has a 2-1/2 inch steel flange and fits 1-3/4 inch drain holes and 1-1/2 inch P-traps.

The Dexter 3,000 lb hubs use inner bearing #LM67048, outer bearing #L44649, and double lip grease seal #58846. We don't have all of these together in a kit but you can order them individually and you'd be set.
