Loop dimensions for Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch with Loop for Shepherd Hook

I am wanting to make a handle for DL10954. Could you provide me with the dimensions of the loop on this unit? I need the inside of the top loop, as well as the width of its metal. Thank you.

The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL10954 has a loop that is 0.313 inches diameter of the outer loop. The length is just under 2 inches on the inside and is 1.125 inches wide internally. I've attached a photo to help further with dimensions.
