Can the CE Smith Assemblies # CE10000G-4 be Submerged for Long Periods of Time
Question:
Im wanting to use these on a boat lift for my bass boat. This means they will be submerged most of the time. Will they work ok. Also will the 9 inch bracket be long enough?

The CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4 do have a galvanized finish for superior rust resistance but they are meant to be installed on boat trailers and not really meant to stay submerged for extended periods of time. Although the finish will be better than a steel bracket without the finish, I am not sure how long they would resist rust like that.
I am not quite sure how your whole lift system works I don't know if the 9" height is long enough for your application. If you don't think that they are long enough then I have linked our selection of bolster and swivel brackets that you can filter through.
