Dual Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Carrying Scooter Carrier and Flat Towing Vehicle

Question:

I have a Honda Scooter that weighs 179 lbs. I also pull wheels down at 2013 Chevrolet Spark. My RV hitch is rated for 500 lbs weight and 5000 lbs towing. Was thinking of buying a hitch adapter for my RV so I could have the scooter carrier on top and still pull my car. Is there one that you carry that you would recommend?

For flat towing setups like yours we have dual hitch adapters like part # RM-077-2 which will allow you to flat tow with the bottom hitch opening and then carry a hitch accessory like your scooter carrier with the top one. This has a tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs too. This would be the best option we have.
