Installing Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75784 on 2017 Acura RDX

How much does this hitch: Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch - 75784 deface the rear fascia of the RDX? It is difficult to tell from the pictures.

The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75784 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Acura RDX. There is actually no fascia trimming or modification required for installation. On some models, it may be necessary to pull down a bit on the fascia to get additional clearance for the hitch crosstube, but this will not cause any distortion to the bumper. I have attached an image from the installation instructions to clarify this.
Otherwise this is a custom fit hitch that will use existing holes in your Acura's frame for a no-drill installation. I have attached an installation video on your 2017 model that you can use for reference. When we installed the hitch on this vehicle there wasn't a need to pull down the fascia at all.
