If your Land Rover came equipped with a factory installed tow package, you can choose a brake controller, like the P3 brake controller, # 90195, and then contact your dealer about where and how it would connect under the dash.
If you don't have the tow package, you would need the controller and the Electric Brake Controller Installation Kit, # ETBC7, along with a working 4-way connector, # 119178KIT if needed, at the rear of your Discovery. We have detailed instructions, see link, for wiring this brake controller install kit, and I have linked a video of the kit being installed for you to review. The vehicle is different but the wiring principle is the same.
