Fit and Installation of Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76227 on 2015 Subaru Outback
Question:
Hi, I have a 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon Limited, and would like to install a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch - 76227 on it. The website confirms it will fit my vehicle. I just wanted to double check with you before I place the order. Also, is there an installation video for this hitch on my Outback? Thanks much!

The Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver, part # 76227, is confirmed to fit your 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon Limited.
We haven't had a chance to install this hitch so we don't have a video as of yet. However, I have linked the install details for you. They'll also be included with the hitch if you order it.
To install the hitch there is no drilling required but you must temporarily remove the rear bumper and there is some trimming of the fascia involved. Check out the picture I've attached direclty from the install details that shows the trimming that needs to be done. You can also read the specifics on it in the install details at step 7.
