The Keystone Cougar Xlite 29RES has a tapered nose which means you will not need a sliding 5th wheel hitch or rotating pin box in order to allow for turning clearance on most short bed truck. In order to tow this trailer with your 2017 Ford F-250 with the 6-3/4' bed, I recommend using the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30047. This hitch has a 16,000 lb weight capacity which will give you a good margin of error, a four way pivoting head which will make hooking/unhooking on unlevel ground possible, and a two jaw locking system which will maximize jaw to kingpin contact that in turn creates greater security and less rattle.
In order to use this hitch with your F-250 you will want to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit part # RP56017-53 if you do not have the factory prep package or the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156 if you do have the factory prep package.
I have attached a review video on the above hitch for you as well.
