Are Trailer Breakaway Kits Universal in How they Install

i have 3 different brands of goose neck-hotshot trailers, are the kits universal?

Yes, our trailer breakaway kits like the Tekonsha Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger # 50-85-313 are universal. They wire to all trailers in the same way and are not model specific at all.

If you check out the install diagram I attached you'll see how they wire in and you'll be able to see what I mean by the kits being universal.
