Curt Shank With Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System
Question:
I need a four inch drop to level my trailer. The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW Item # FA94-00-0600 doesnt offer that big of a drop. Can I replace the Fastway shank with the C17124 shank to achieve the drop I need and still be safe with the wt. distribution system? If not, is there another option without buying a much more expensive weight distribution system? My tow vehicle is a 2017 Ford Explorer 4-wd. Thank.

Yes, you can use Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17124 with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA94-00-0600 because the shank has the same hole spacing that the Fastway requires.
The Curt shank will give your Fastway round bar system a maximum of 10 inches of drop.
