For your 2015 Porsche Macan, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75940. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. This will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening that will work great for hitch-mounted accessories or towing a light trailer.

I have attached the complete installation instructions below that you can look through. Note that the underbody panel or fascia will need to be temporarily loosened or removed, and the impact structure will need to be permanently removed (the hitch will take its place in terms of support).
