Trailer Jack Recommendation to Easily Move Boat Trailer Around in Garage

I just bought a 2017 Lund Tyee 19ft. fiberglass boat. Its on a single axle trailer. About 3500lbs total. I have to push it in and out of my garage. Im having great difficulty. I need a good wheel jack that can support the weight and turn with ease. I have a single wheel Fulton on there now and it doesnt like to turn with the weight on it. What is your best suggestion?
