Trailer Hitch Receiver Options for a 2012 Subaru Impreza Sedan
Question:
I have a 2012 Subaru Impreza 4 door sedan. Will this hitch work with my car?

I do have an option for you but the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7211 is only listed as a fit for the hatchback (5-door) models of the 2012 Subaru Impreza and will not work on your sedan (4-door) model. For your sedan we have two options for you which are the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch part # C11408 and the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch part # 24960.
The Curt and Draw-Tite options are both Class I hitches with a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. They do not make a 2" trailer hitch receiver for your vehicle at this time. Out of these two options, I recommend the Draw-Tite as you will not need an additional support strap like part # 18050 for non-towing accessories like you would for the Curt hitch.
If you can tell me what you will be using the hitch for I would be glad to provide additional recommendations for you as well.
