Recommended Bike Rack For 2 Electric Bikes with Step Through Frame and Fenders

Hi, I have two electric bikes that have a step through frame, as well as fenders. Im considering between two bike racks The Hollywood HLY84FR and the Thule TH9044. Is there one that would suit our needs best? Or is there another make/model that would be better? Thank you!

Due to the fenders on your electric bikes, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR over the Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH69TX simply because the wheel mount can cause fender damage.
The rack comes with locking hitch pin and bike security as well. I've attached videos to assist.
