Is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider More Stable Than the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE
Question:
Concerning bike racks, do RV rated racks wobble less than car rated racks? For instance, does the Hollywood RV Rider give a more solid ride for e bikes than the Sport Rider? Thanks.

The bike racks which are rated for use on recreational vehicles are typically built sturdier, yes. That said, they also usually don't have a folding mechanism as that's typically the biggest weak point on a bike rack. If you didn't care about the bike rack folding or tilting then you could indeed go with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # HLY64FR over the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack part # HLY84FR. That said, I really don't think you'd be able to notice too much of a difference in movement. They both have a lifetime warranty anyhow. I still recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE on a vehicle because of the fold/tilt feature and it's more cost effective.
